To make this site appropriate for all!

It would be good to make sure nobody makes vulgar comments to others, and, if doing so, is warrant for ban on here. Not only that, but certain usernames I've seen on here should warrant a ban, as well, for being indecent.

Such that this forum flourishes, one must make this safe and appropriate for everyone. Let's make this site clean!
